Southbound Show Management in Texas Partners with ShowAssist the New On-Demand Short-Term Hiring App

TOANO, Va. – September 3, 2020 – ShowAssist, the new mobile app for on-demand, short-term hiring of support staff at horse shows, announces the addition of Southbound Show Management in Texas (USA) as a featured show partner. The ShowAssist app connects professional equestrians, riders, owners or parents to experienced grooms, braiders, body clippers, bodyworkers and other support staff at US Equestrian and Equestrian Canada shows.

Southbound Show Management offers three weeks of rated competition including Southwest Showdown Sept. 16-20 in Katy, TX, Fall Fun Oct 8-11 in Tyler, TX and Harvest in Katy, TX Oct. 28-Nov. 1

Southwest Showdown is the perfect way to enjoy the fall season. The two weeks of USEF Premier hunter/jumper competition at the newly renovated Great Southwest Equestrian Center features the Texas Pony Championships including a $1,500 Pony Derby and a $15,000 Jumper Classic.

The Fall Fun Horse Show is held at the beautiful Texas Rose Horse Park in Tyler. New to the schedule this year is a $25,000 Grand Prix. Other highlights include a $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby, $2,500 Texas Green Hunter Super Stake, $2,500 Texas Performance Hunter Super Stake and the $5,000 1.25m which compliments the Junior/Amateur-Owner, Children's and Adult Hunter Classics for a fun-filled week of competition.

The Harvest Show in Katy has something for everyone. The show features the $30,000 Nutrena Grand Prix, $15,000 USHJA Hunter Derbies, the always fun-to-watch $10,000 Oakwell Farms & DS Holdings, LLC Costume Welcome Stake, $5,000 Jumper Classic, $2,500 High Child/Adult Jumper Classic, $1,500 Low Child/Adult Jumper Classic, and the EMO "Z Cup" Equitation Finals.

For the third year, Harvest will play host to the $10,000 USHJA Green Hunter 3'/3'3" Regional Championship and $5,000 USHJA Green Hunter 3'6"/3'9" Regional Championship.
