Gallagher's Water Ambassador Lauren Knopp Wins in Wellington

Wellington, Fla. - Aug. 9, 2022 - On the last weekend in July, the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center hosted the Wellington Classic Dressage in the Tropics I and II Shows. Gallagher’s Water ambassador Lauren Knopp had a successful weekend with her own Lusitano Sport Horse gelding Amadeus de Massa (Furst Romancier x Tempestade).

In Saturday’s Classic Dressage in the Tropics I, Knopp and Amadeus scored 68.676 in the FEI Intermediaire 1 class.

In the Classic Dressage in the Tropics II on Sunday, Knopp and Amadeus once again took home the blue. Their score of 67.059 put them at the top of the FEI Prix St. Georges’ class.

Knopp was ecstatic about the weekend’s results and shared, “Amadeus and I won the PSG and the Intermediaire 1 both days! Amadeus is feeling super fit and ready to go to FOC [Festival of Champions]! What a horse! Big thank you to my whole team! Teamwork makes the dream work!!!”
